Weight Loss / Exercise / Gym Plan for 20yr old F 64kg (140lbs) Want to loose 7kg (15lbs) ASAP!? - gym exercise plan
Hey guys,
Please can someone me draw up a plan for the gym? I want to lose up to 7 kg (15 pounds) as soon as possible. I know it will probably take some months, and it is cool .. I'm so bored in the gym lately not!
I'm 20, M, 64 kg (140 pounds) and about 168cm tall.
For now, walk / run or cycle of approximately 30-40 minutes, when I go to the gym to .. not sure if the weight of the machines directly and everything else! If someone could make a 5 / 6 days to create fitness plan, that would be great!
Also, if someone not eating advice I would like to hear!
