Are motorcycle boots with leather soles OK? - belstaff-motorcycle

I have a pair of shoes with leather soles and a plate Belstaff project Metab. I wonder what are the disadvantages of leather shoes have soles?

Thanks

I go often with cowboy boots, but the biggest problem I found with leather soles is that if you stop and start a lot, the only leather boots melting asphalt usually abrasive. Furthermore, no major problems.

If a factory Enuff only good for them, and they control the quality.
Shoes are better than any other for that use, are designed to be removed from others.

Cyclists cowboy boots for a while.
I would rather have a leather sole, a steel plate can have the forms once folded.
